Directions
Serve with very cold beer, ataulfo (small, yellow) mangoes and flan for dessert. Leslie claims she could eat a million of these.

Two Fish Tacos
Leslie says she usually doesn't use recipes when she cooks. I guess this fish taco was the last thing she made that tasted reasonable when her brother came looking for recipes. She says, "My current preferences for ingredients, in addition to poached fish would be corn tortillas, cheddar cheese, cabbage, cilantro, tomatoes, red onion, avacado, taco sauce, with black beans on the side."
