Women have advanced into men's domains, such as the police. There are also more self-sufficient women entrepreneurs in almost all fields. However, the top positions in large corporations have until now been exclusively reserved for men. In the business world, the female labor force often has it especially hard. Equal pay for equal work is, inspite of legal guarantees, not always to be taken for granted.
