This shows my walk from my house to the train station. My house is marked in the lower left. The train station is marked in the upper right. No I don't tipple before leaving the house. The GPS just has some odd variances in accuracy. It seems to do OK most of the time. This is a comfortable 12 minute walk, but I rarely leave enough time for comfort. It's a fast 9 minute walk. At 8 minutes it's a trot. If there's less time than that, I take the car to the station.

Cars seem to smell especially obnoxious in Shirley. I think that's because the air here is so fresh that the contrast is quite striking.
