Citgo Sign over Kenmore Square

I decided to develop a Citgo sub-sub-theme. See the Citgo Gas Station drawing I did in Shirley. I caught this view off of the Boston bank of the Charles looking toward the Citgo sign in Kenmore Square. One of my students at BU rendered this sign as his course project for CS532. People generally associate this sign with the Boston Red Sox whose Fenway Park stadium is right close by. A few years back it was the subject of a rescue effort when plans were afoot to tear it down. At night it is animated, and the various colors come on sequentially introducing themselves.
