Catecoonemaug River, Shirley, Mass.

I'm looking NNW across Catecoonemaug Brook from the southeast termination of Valley Farm Conservation Area trail system. My Geodetic Survey map doesn't seem to have a name for that hill in the background.

Everyone seems to have their own way of spelling Catecoonemaug. I got this one from the Geodetic Survey map. I think there must be very few people in town who spell it that way. Meredith at the Historical Society spells it "Catacunemaug", and that spelling seems to be more prevalent around town. Its enshrined in the name of "Catacunemaug Road". I try "Catecunemaug" every once in awhile.
