Buildings at Shirley Airport

This is a view of the main buildings associated with Shirley Airport. They are in Lancaster, and really only the tip of the runway makes it into Shirley. I guess it's called Shirley Airport because the center of Shirley is a lot closer to it than the center of Lancaster. Lake Shirley suffered a similar fate even though it's mostly in Lunenburg.

This is a good example of the kinds of views an absence of leaves can provide. A dog decided my pastels were some kind of doggy treat and chewed a few of them up before I put them in my bicycle box.
